Unpaid wages to employees

Scam and retaliation- would not give me my last paycheck after I terminated their service to go to a reputable . My name is “pork” and I am requesting an investigation into unpaid wages owed to me by Ceedra Home Care, located at 25870 E. Third Ave., Aurora, CO 80018. I provided home health care services to my disabled mother with dementia through Ceedra Home Care. I was paid at a rate of roughly $28.00 per hour and worked 14 hours per day from June 1 through June 12, for a total of 168 hours during that period. The total gross wages for those hours, before any applicable overtime calculation, are roughly $4,704.00. My understanding is that the hours I worked were submitted to Developmental Pathways, and that Developmental Pathways paid Ceedra Home Care for those authorized services. However, I did not receive the wages for the hours that I worked. I attempted to resolve this matter with Ceedra Home Care. The situation became concerning to me because I believed there were irregularities regarding my payment and I questioned the company about the issue. I subsequently terminated my services with Ceedra Home Care and began working with another home-care agency. Importantly, the Co-Director of Developmental Pathways spoke directly with representatives of Ceedra Home Care by telephone regarding my unpaid wages, but despite that communication, I still did not receive my paycheck.
